This progream disables the annoying Cortana Popup.

Cortana Is REALLY annoying. but i have the fix. You can try it here!

I wrote this program in batch, so its only avalible for Windows (i mean what else would you get cortana on?)

Also, you can try this to remove it:

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to launch Task Manager. Look for the Startup tab and click that. Search through the list of apps and look for Cortana. Right-click on Cortana and click disable
